Call this nit picking, but there is no such thing as a 2004 scion tc.

 

This is true! But to be fair, production of the tC began in June of 2004 even though the model years start from 2005!

 

Like every other car made. Production of the next model year starts well before the model year begins. They cant make thousands of a model year to be sold at the exact time the model year starts. ;) if you used the logic above, then people with most of the first half of 2007 models would buy 2006 intakes, which would not work. Or people would look for 2010 parts for thier 2011 which really wouldnt work :p

 

Touche! Fortunately for the tC whether 2004 or 2005 its the first gen and our short shifter fits the 1st gen across the board!

The only reason I bring it up is that every fake "jdm" part ad on ebay (obviously twm doesnt fit into that category) states 04-xx tc because they only know that scion began in 04, and dont even know the tc started after, so it just gives the impression to some that it is another company that doesnt know its target market well. Most know twm by now, but its always best to be dead on in the ads.
