I wouldnt do the roof imo. Keep the outside clean. Real CF (Ext parts) are covered in gloss = smooth and more shiny Adding the vinyl would throw it off imo.

God damnit. This year is going to make me go broke so many new mods.

you dont wanna do this for the cloth parts on the door panel. You should do the top section which is nice and hard. The cloth section will for sure look tacky.

Really? I thought about stripping the cloth and re-doing it with this fabric. My door panels need to be re-done anyways. (burns) I don't think the top part of the door would look good in c/f. Would seem way to random to me?

The CF fabric can be used for both cloth areas and also hard trims.

This fabric is for interior use only and for exterior like the mirror covers we recommend the 3m Di-Noc vinyl.

A sheet of 4x2 should be more then enough for the mirrors if you don't mess up too much.

Played around with this stuff last night. It turned out ok... Its tough doing the curves and such. Probably going to do my door panels, just not sure when.

Looks good! Yes, curves can be difficult. As long as you take your time and trim accordingly, the results are well worth it. We recently helped a customer in an Avalon do his aging shifter console area. That took quite some time.

The fabric feels just like the name "fabric" but with the carbon fiber texture.
