Op, do you have any stubby bulbs? I have a tacoma truck with piaa off road lights and seems they have just enough room for the bulb it takes. I would love to make them hid. The stock lamps seem the old fashion sealed square beam units.

If it is an H3 style bulb, we carry the H3c which would work just fine in the housing as it is very stubby. But pull the bulb to make sure, I know they usually are all different types of bulb sizes in those off road driving lights.

I got a 07 I want hid for high beam, low beam, and the stock fog halos. Most likely around the 6k to 8k area, but I do not want it to be blinding but I do want it blueish. What would this cost for all three of these and which would you recommend?

I ordered mine from the website on Sunday and still haven't received them. I haven't even received an e-mail letting me know they were shipped yet. What happened to overnight shipping? Two days later and they haven't even shipped!

You'll need an H11 kit. As for the color, pick the one you like the most Most people tend to go with 6000k or 8000k

As long as you have factory headlamps and not aftermarket projectors, you use the following:
low beams = 9006
high beams = 9005
fog lights (i'm assuming they are OEM style but with just a halo in them) = 9006

You may want to double check the fog lights as aftermarket brands are sometimes different even if they are OEM style.

The only people you'll really bother with the HIDs are those random mole people that see any light and they go crazy.

I also sent you a PM about the price.

If you ordered a custom color, it takes 9-13 business days. But either way I sent you a PM to figure things out.

All aftermarket HID are illegal. Strive for the color that doesn't stand out that much. 6000k and under.

In short
Plug and Play = ballast are connected directly to your OEM connection
Relay = ballast are run through our relay harness and power is taken directly from the battery and not through your OEM connection

So, I finally got mine today. They've been waiting for me at UPS since Tuesday (as expected). They tried to deliver it, but there was a problem with the address so I had to call UPS to fix this. The wiring was a pain for me because the aftermarket projectors I have were made to hook up to the stock harness. The bulbs used aren't stock size though, and the HID wiring matches the bulbs, not the stock harness. It wasn't hard to figure it out though, and I knew this was going to be an issue. I am using the relay, I don't want to take any chances and mess up the stock wiring.

Overall, I am satisfied. The HIDs are brighter and have a better beam pattern the the Sylvanias. After seeing them side-by-side with the Sylvanias, I wish I ordered 6000K.

For anyone making the switch from SilverStars to HIDs, I definitely recommend 6000K.

I've uploaded a video to YouTube for comparison.

Huh? I had silver stars ultra and found 4300 to be a perfect match, just BRIGHTER.

Now what do the new corvettes use, those lights are white as white can be. They must be using 4300k on a 50 watt ballast or something.
