I found this:
3000K = Great light output (3400 lumens), Yellow, excellent for bad weather.
4500K = Great light output (3400 lumens), White, best performance
5000K = Great light output (3200 lumens), Pure white, very light blue hue. Light still white on the road
6000K = Good light output (3000 lumens) , White with blue/purple hue, best looks

So I got mine earlier today and installed it. Here are some snapshots!
Here are my 9006 to 9005 modded Ultras:
Left: 6000K Xenon HID
Right: 9005 Utras
As you can see, the Ultras became yellowish compared to the 6000K HID. As with the pic above, it's really the Ultras' color and not really yellow.
Both 6000K Xenon HIDs
Not the best cut-off but the glare is minimal. Already adjusted the lights to point lower so that I won't blind any oncoming traffic.
The pics don't do justice with the brightness and color of the light output from the HIDs. They are really bright with a slight kiss of blue. Get this color if you don't want to go with some ricer blues.
Thanks operatic for shipping it so fast!! Great product + Relay harness + overnight shipping = what more can you ask for?!?!?!

Oh they're really bright. I tried being a little responsible by pointing the lights down on the road and not to oncoming traffic. I'd say that's SOP for putting HIDs in reflective headlight housings. :D

Ok so my issue is resolved and like I thought, installation error....
I'll take pictures tonight once I get home (gotta love having a carport wall to shine lights on)...
Love these, thanks!
Now to keep myself from buying another set for the fogs

have you tried popping your hood at KOEO (Key On Engine Off) and bobbing your head around to pinpoint where the noise is coming from? I'd assume its not normal since nobody else mentioned it, maybe then operatic can help you replace it the specific part (if it is indeed a problem)
