On average, it takes a person who has never installed an HID kit anywhere from 25-45 minutes to install, with the most time taken figuring out where to place the ballast.

you might be like me and stupidly ordered the wrong bulb size. Sylvania's website only goes up to the 2007, so I assumed that the 2008 was the same. WRONG! The 2008 (with projectors) is a H11 bulb (without projectors is a different size) while the the 2007 is even another size (9006).

I emailed 3bspec about seeing if I can exchange/return the kit, so we'll see.

You'll just need the single xenon for your Scion tC. I sent you a PM about order.

dang man i really want to get some hids from you operatic but then im still trying to decide cause i hear alot about how much glare is produced if you just install the hids in the regular housing for 07 Tcs. I dont know if i wanna wait to get my hands on a set of 08 or find someone to retrofit my headlights for me.

i honestly dont have a lot of glair with mine, they are brighter but if you aim the headlights a little lower its all gravy. im also getting a set of 08 projectors so guess what pat, ill be needing some new 6000k bulbs... or should i go with the 4300?

alright i think i have decided to just get hids now and deal with the retrofit/projector stuff later whenever i have money haha. i was just wondering something tho......if i do change to projectors later, will the only thing i need to get are new bulbs? and if i do get this kit, how long will the ballasts last ?
