I'd get a relay harness regardless. It'll save you a big headache if you get one of these in case your wiring burns out. Could even save you $300+ in your pocket by just adding this $15 or so add on.

I promised a picture when I got it installed, its probably been almost a month and I am very happy with these HID's. No problems at all. Great price and they look great. I forgot to take a picture until today when I installed VRD fogs on my tC as well. If anyone is wondering, color temp is 6k.

I order a set of the black matte for my nissan sentra, after 6 blown fuses, yes 6, I have pictures to prove it! and lots of headche, I used an older set of balast I had from a previous order and they work fine.

These black matte balast are horrible! thank god it didnt cause more damage to my car

HIDExtra, I need to send the black matte balasts back and please replace them with a regular set of ballast.

Is it possible to order a H11 HID kit that will fit the 9006 wiring harness? I want to purchase 08+ projector headlights for my 06.

It is possible. Back in the day when customer service was better, I would just talk to Michelle and she would just give me a 9006 balast (to hook up to your stock wiring harness) and a H11 bulb. easy. with this new customer service I dont know if they will even understand what you need.

Paypal claim file since they dont want to answer my emails....sadness over 10 HID Sets ordered, and yet they treat you like your garbage...I miss michelle and karen and miss the discounts for being a value customer...guess i'm just dog sht

yeah, maybe it just me, maybe it's cuz of who I am lol other people have had great service, but for some reason, I just seem to get bad service...dont know maybe I'm just impatient or something...the issue is that they keep changing personel so like I said, Karen and Michelle were great, then there was a new group that came in, and thats when I order a set for a crystler 300 and needed capasitor and they charged me for them, because they could not even confirm that they were included in the box, turns out they were in the box, so I bought extra capasitors for nothing...then I order 4 sets (thats when they had the sale for 2 for 70) and that was a slight headache also...look at iceman he got a replacement quick, no issues with that, he even said the company's customer service is great...but again some people get great service...

Last post about this company and issues but I love how they are so quick to reply to the PAYPAL Claim but they dont have the bolas to reply to my emails...

Yet my claim says "replace my black matte balast with an older set of balast , the big silver ones, I do not want to ship everything back because I am currently using the bulbs, I just need a set of balast that works" the reply is "send it back for a full refund"

what is so hard about saying "send the black balast and we will send you a regular set of balast"

damn! frustrating

Cisco_TeamShogun, we are sending you a new set of regular ballast free of charge, no need to send us the slim matte black back. Our staff will send you an email about this, please reply on that email so we can authorize the shipment to go out. Sorry about the bad experience you have with this new product and customer service. Thank you.

Still haven't herd from HID extra. I need a new ballast.

But heres my info. I ordered an 9006 8000k hid kit on Wednesday 27 January, 2010, order #4264, and the blast has gone out, and in need for a replacement. I know it's a ballast issue due to the fact the the other ballast is still good and both bulbs work on that ballast. thanks.

where has Michelle and Karen gone? I haven't heard from HIDextra for awhile now. I've emailed them twice about my replacement, never got an email back. i thought i was the only one, but it seems like a lot of people are having problems....
