Relay harness not included with the single kit, here is what their site says about them:
HID relay harnesses are primarily used to resolve many "flickering" issues that some vehicles experience when an aftermarket HID kit is installed. If your lights are flickering on and off like a strobe light then this relay harness will help fix this issue.
HID conversion kit relay harnesses are for vehicles with weak alternators, or heavy draw on power from stereos or any low voltage issues. This is also for vehicle owners that just want to run their HID kits with direct current from there battery instead of running it off your stock wire harness. This wiring allows you to get power from the battery directly instead of the connector for the headlight bulb. This results in a much more stable current which both protects your vehicle and your HID kit.
If you want the relay harness, 15.00 more will get it included.
