Another Air Filter Install / Hope to make it easyer
I know its been done, I still see some people having trouble removing and Installing new one.
Pull clips off on the front of the Air Filter Body, located down low and out of the way.
After freeing clips, take notice at the back of the Air Filter Body. It has 2 hinge points, Gently pull Air Filter Body towards you, you will notice the hinges "Slide Out" and Free's the whole Air Filter Body.
With my left hand I was able to pull it away being some what firm to do so. You can pull it "Off" or away far enough to reach in with your right hand and "Finesse" the filter out. Remeber you are pulling up just enough to pull filter out, the Air Filter body has many hoses and wires attached to it as you do this and presents some resistance as you pull it away.
I Did not replace the filter but did want to do a dry run and pre knowlege before I get my first new one
Replace new filter, "Slide" in the 2 Hinge points at the back of the Air Filter body (This helps re align the whole shootin Match) and slowly seat it from the back hinge points forward, insuring everthing is lined up and filter is still seated right. Reseated back down front clips should snap back on easly. Double chech all hoses and wires that conect to the Air Filter Body in suring nothing pulled away or detached.

Teaser,
I finally had it off, and install the K&N filter. But I had hard time putting the cover back. I decided to take off the tube near the sensor, and finally have more tilt to insert the front "hinge".
btw, heres the replacement K&N filter.
its actually a used one that came from an Echo, but its cleaned and oiled when it came, I just vacuum it(excess oil) and made sure its clean.
