Default big thumbs up for scion customer service...

after trying to find the cause of the stalling problem in my xB, scion agreed to buy back my xB and replace it with a new one. the new one arrives sometime in the first week of february.

kudos to aaron and the rest of the people at scion for standing behind their product!

They do care a lot about customer service. I met the Scion Manager for Customer Service in Detroit and she was so nice and really wanted Scion to have the best service for the pricing of the car..I mean it won't be like a Lexus service..loaners etc..but they are working real hard to satisfy Scion owners.

If there are any suggestions..such as extended warranty options for a price that will cover for a longer period, more oil changes, loaner car etc...post them here and I will make sure to forward the information to them.

I am glad they are buying back your xB and getting you a new one..now that is service!

yeah if they couldn't fix the problem something was wrong, how many other auto company's would of done the same though? I'm proud of the Scion high customer services standards. This is going to help make strides in theis market...a great car...agreat value...great service from top to bottom..there's no other way to do it

Scion customer service rocks, they really listen.

Hey, maybe we should all call the customer complain hotline, and say something like "hey, we as Scion owners feel like we won't be happy unless Vida is at the El Toro meet on Feb 7."

It's worth a shot; I mean they've been consistant so far!

Default Lemon Law

In COWafornia we have the lemon law. If under warenty the dealer trys to fix somthin' but can't in like 3 trys (I might be wrong on the number) you can get your money back or a new car, I think that is how it works...

saying that ....

It could be a major hassel however ...

and it seems like SCION made it easy and right ....

so they still get two hoofs up!

it is nice to know that Scion stands behind their vehicles....it is also nice to know that this is the only major problem i have seen posted on any xB or xA since they came out...

well andergtr, that will be nice to get a brand new one! are they letting you choose the color and stuff on the new one? just curious....
