Default Cracked windshield

Ok. This morning I did something stupid. I washed my when my car has been siting outside all morning. It was about 11 and sunny out side. Before I concidered spraying my car I thought of all those urban myths, you know don't go swimming after you've eaten, don't go to sleep with your hair wet, and of course spraying your water on a hot car. Well like usual I threw caution into the wind and doust water onto my car... POP!!!! crack!!!!! Right at the top, right in the middle, split like a fat man wearing tight polyester. It looks like a butt crack.

So I was wondering is this a manufacture defect? Can it be covered under warranty?

After some thought, It really should be. I mean, when would it be a good time to wash our car? Do we all wash our car in the morning before the car gets hot? Do we test the temperture of the car ? NO! We wash it whenever we damn feel like it!

What kind of cheap ___ car do we own if we can't wash it anytime we want!!!

Previous Toyota's that I've owned had PPG windows direct from the factory. Our windows state "Toyota."
