Default Gum on seat

So I took my buddies out on the town last night - and of course on a Sat. night some of us if not all of us were bound to get drunk.

Anyways, I guess one of the guys wound up sitting on some gum that was so politely placed on a barstool at the club we were at. And being too drunk to notice, he sat on the front passenger side seat with the gum attached to his ___ later that night.

So this morning I've discovered some gum on the front passenger seat. So I'm wondering what should I do to get the gum out. Rag with hot water? What's a good way to get gum off the seat without damaging the fabric? Anyone? Bueller? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

I guess this is much better than ending up with a DUI, but still I sure would love to beat the crap out of idiots who put gum on barstools!

Put an ice cube in a plastic bag and put it directly on the gum. It'll freeze it and you can pick it off at that point. Good luck, it's a b!tch to do

Get get a zip lock bag full of ice and sit it on top of the gum, than it should chip apart.

careful with chemicals. . . you may damage your seats or leave a stain/mark.
I recommend trying the ice first.

Default Its not a chemical!

Its not really a chemical! But as with any product you should check for color fastness on a arrea that wont show! There are several brands out there but if you go to a janitoria supply co. and ask the should be able to tell you! The stuff im talking about freezes the gum so it just cracks off works like the ice only a lot better!

or try air in a can, like the can sayz don't turn it upside down or you'll get frostbite but try it on a hidden spot first, hopefuly it'll freaze the gum up alot...

They sell stuff that looks like the compressed air, but it's for removing gum and sticky ____ - it freezes things on purpose. It should work.
