Hotchkis sway bars
i recently installed this sway bar in the front and when i was bolting it to the sub frame i noticed that the u shaped piece didnt match up to the bolt holes and the oem one wouldent fit arround the bar and busshing . Does anyone know how to solve this problem ? please help

All I can say is that they are a total pain in the ___ if you do not have a lift. They do fit though. Try loosely putting in both bolts before tightening them down. I had a hard time at first because I tightened one down all the way before threading the other. Also, the bolt heads are really close to the side of the u holder (or whatever its called). I had to bonk the ratchet attachment hard to squeeze it over so I could tighten it all the way. Not sure if these are the problems you are having, but hopefully this helps some. Also, a few months back someone reported that Hotchkis had sent out a batch of rear sways that didn't match up correctly and had to be reshipped. Not sure if this was true or not, but perhaps this might be a similar problem with your part. Try calling Hotchkis and see if they can tell you what's up.
