Lol at spray-off tint.

I know you don't want to sand, but that's the way I'd go.

I found this online:

Q: How do I remove VHT Nite Shades Lens Tint?

A: Usually a little lacquer thinner on a clean lint free cloth will take it off. If the tint is more than 3 months old, it may be baked into the surface and normally will not come off.

spray lysol on it and rub it off hella fast.....that's what i use to do.....if you leave it on for too long (i count to 5 really quickly) then it has a chance at damaging the item but i never tried it on plastic...doubt it'd damage the plastic
