how do i remove sprayed on tint
#21
denatured alcohol FTMFW!!!
before
after
i used 3 micro fiber towels to clean 'em off, one towel to remove the tint with the denatured alcohol, another towel to pre-clean it with the denatured alcohol, 3rd towel to give it a final clean job with the denatured alcohol...
and after that i washed it up with some car soap, dried it, polished it, and waxed it...
you'll also want to use rubber gloves, don't want to dry your hands out...

Possibly paint thinner, test first to make sure it won't damage the plastic, and uninstall your tails to do this so you don't het it on the car's paint. You could try airctaft paint stripper, it's even at Walmart, but again, test first. it leaves paint like goop that then needs to be wiped off and will DEFINATELY take off your automotive paint, so would again need to de-install the tails to use it.

ive done this before.
just wetsand it all off with a higher grit, then move down to a lower grit to smooth it out a little but still keep a little grit, then spray some clear coat on it. looks brand new.
