Default how do you clean polished silver injen CAI's

i got my injen cai dirty....when i was trying to clean it. i got too much cleaning fluid stuff on it and didn't realize it til it dried. now there's spots all over. what's best to clean them off with? so far nothing seems to work...everything has simply taken away the shiny polish on it. i need something that cleans it and keeps the polish.....i think the spots are in there pretty deep.......

you can try rubbing alcohol(the one your mom would use when u fell and scraped your knee). it works really well on getting out oils...

why?

I have a customer that has intriquitely designed chrome wheels on his vette. To help he and i keep them clean longer, I put a long durability wax on them. a garden hose with a jet nozzle is enough to keep them sparkling clean without ever having to touch them with a brush.
putting wax on the CAI would be a great idea.

Have you ever heard of zoops seal? Its pretty expensive but they say you dont have to keep polishing your aluminum. And it lasts for like three years or something
