if you talk to any body shop person, you should never really wax your car...you should use a hand glaze.

they big question is: did they bake the paint after spraying???
if it was baked..you should prolly wait a few weeks to let it full cure.

if it was not baked...let it cure for a few months.
you can wash it, just don't put any other products on it till it is fully cured.

washing it isn't going to hurt it.... i mean, it's the same as if it got rained on.

just don't wax it for 2 months and you're good to go.

if they baked it really well...you could have done it

but why take the risk. best to wait a few weeks.
you can always wash it. it would not hurt to see if you washed it.

The paint should have hardener in it. If so wait a couple weeks for good measure then wash and wax as normal.
