Hey i have had my xB for almost a month... how long should i wait until i give it its first wax?

I'm not sure, but if you use Mr. Clean Autodry, you should wax it right after. I heard Mr. Clean Autodry strips away the wax...Mr. Clean's site says it doesn't...but *shrug*...

u can wax it right after u leave the lot....they wax it in preparation for sale....the paint is well past the curing state when it hits the dealer u could've done it a months ago

Yea, I waxed mine 2 days afer I got it cause the paint was not smooth after my first wash. And now it's like glass!

First use a strong detergent, such as Dawn, to strip off any wax and dirt on your box. Then us a clay bar to prepare the surface and clear it of any contaminants (such as rail dust and tree sap). Wash again. Then proceed with the waxing.

you don't need to wait. the paint is already cured. you can wax the car once you get it.
