Did anyone make a how-to for doing an oil change on an 06 xb? i don't trust my car in the hands of mechanics. It needs to be done from a total loser who knows nothing about cars, like myself. LOL.

 

I am going to assume from your posting numbers that you know about the search function. So I am going to assume that you searched for this.

I don't think you really need a How-To for an oil change. It's pretty simple. But they do have DIY and How-To's for some pretty simple things out there.

I do not have an xB so I cannot help you with pictures or even a write up. But chaning the oil is pretty straight forward. If you can't find a thread on it and need help, you can PM me and I will give you my number. I can then walk you through an oil change.

 

I usually warm the engine up first. Then change the filter. Then drain and refill oil. Done.
