Default I spent most of the day waxing my car ***pics***

Four different neighbors said the old famiiliar, "You can do mine when you're done!" ____. I also got asked twice wtf "Scion" was.

In case anyone cares, my steps were

Dawn Wash
Mother's Clay Bar
Klasse All-In-One (Applied with Porter Cable 7424)
Klasse Sealer Glaze (Also applied with PC7424)

I'll throw another layer of Klasse SG on there next weekend, then top it with some S100. :hs:

I was pretty pleased with the results.

hehe well my car is only two weeks old, but I think that protecting the paint helps keep chipping to a minimum. I also don't drive the highway that much anymore, so here's hoping. I do wish the clear-bras were cheaper, but I'm not dropping~$500 to have one installed.

I had a few things recommended to me, in order to keep your Klasse application looking shiny. Try Sonus Spritz, you can find it at www.autopia-carcare.com

Actually a small handful of the tC poplulation has that problem. Mine has over 10,000 miles (about 3,000 in two road trips to visit family) with no chips as of yet (knock on wood) and I was hit by a hail of gravel from a dump truck the other day.... took out one of my fog lights (read FOG LIGHT WARNING about the replacements... you may need the info if yours gets broken!) and showered my poor hood and windsheild!! But, no other damage other than the light

I used Meguiar's Gold Class wash, it sucks and doesn't sud very well anymore. I've got to get some new car shampoo though.

The S100 is the same exact thing as P21S carnuba wax, but the P21S is like $30/can. You can get the S100 at a local Harley Davidson dealer for $15. It's great stuff, protects very well.

I'm assuming you apply the s100 with the 7424 also? and what pads do you use with your 7424? I ordered a set from autopia. I can't wait for my stuff to arrive so I can shine up my baby.
