I don't know if I'm the only one, but I am not to fond of the California Car Duster. I used it on my other car that was black and it would leave streaks on it. I think it was the wax on the duster. So now its just sitting in my garage, im hesitant to use it on the tC. Has that happend to anyone else?

nope.....proud owner of two black cars and the duster is a life saver. It will not remove dirt like after it rains or a weeks worth of driving debris. Just the light dust that is on your car like the day after you wash. just lightly touch it to the paint and it will not scratch.....i have seen people use this on 100 k show hot rods to keep the dust off at the car shows.

You should lay a brand new duster on some newspaper for 2 days. This will eliminate any excess wax on the fibers.

To use effectively, NEVER put any weight on the box as you dust...simply drag the tips across the paint and you will be fine.
