Default Paint on my Hood is starting to bubble..

If been searching the forums and all I've found out that bubbling paint is considered a defect and is covered under warranty (I have yet to confirm this for myself). I can't find anyone that posted that has had this experience.

Basically, there's small bubbles forming in the front part of my hood and on around the grill that happened sometime today. i thought it was some kind of splatter, but when i touch it, it's smooth along the paint. it's weird cause it all happened all of the sudden,
and it's wasn't any hotter today than it was the past week here in Southern California.

Anyway, I just want to know if this has happened to anybody else and what their experience with dealing with it. if it is under warranty, what does the dealer do to fix it? if not, how can i fix it? (no, i don't need a CF hood. besides, it's on my front bumper as well)

Paint is generally a 12month/12000 warranty ( A least it was with my ford)

As said before- check with your dealer....

We have a 5 year anti-perforation warranty on our cars...Any paint defects such as rusting (unless in salt-aired climates), bubbling, non-damage cause chipping etc...Is all covered by this part of our factory warranties :D
