Default Porter Cable

I saw a porter cable at sears that is 7 inch in diameter for 20 bucks. I'm wondering if it would be a great buy. I need it because its quicker to wax, buff, polish, etc. your car cause I've been busy with stuff.

SEARS sell Porter Cables? It'd seem to me that Porter Cable stuff is in competition with their Craftsmen line.

Edit: Well, my bad. SEARs does sell other stuff like DeWalt, Porter Cable, and Makita. But I couldn't find any Porter Cable 7424 nor could I find any DA polisher worth using.
