problem with air conditioning knobs

Default problem with air conditioning *****

does any one have trouble turning the third a/c **** to put it into defrost/defog?

please help. im plannin on taking the car in but i would like to kno if this problem has happened to anyone else and if anyone has had to get it fixed.

Push it all the way towards the front of the car. It might have been pulled out a bit and not won't turn as well. (Alternately, turn it all the way to the LEFT, pull it off, put it back on all the way in and try again.)

Mine is the same way. I wonder if it's supposed to be that way. If you take it in, let
me know what they tell ya. For me it's not a big issue because it still works fine.

i took the car in and i figured out wat my problem was. i had a box from my neons in the way of a cable that is used by the third ****. i suggest that it if u take the car in, take out w/e might be in the way of a blue cable under the drivers side dash. if not, theyll say thats its not waranty work.

I am going to check it out.
So it definetely was fine after you moved the neon box? Or did you move the neon
box?
I am really skeptical of d/ships so I would think they are just trying to hand you the ball, which they do in a lot of situations.

since they didint tell me before hand that the box was in the way, they didint charge me anything. i suggest if you have any doughbts about anything vioding ur waranty, take it out but it should be fine alsong as nuthin is blocking that blue cable

that was interesting to hear about that problem. i didn't really think something like that would happen.
