Should I go to dealership for a check up?

Should I go to dealership for a check up?
I got in an accident and my car was fixed by a body shop about a month ago.
Recently my car been having this *clunk* noise in the front of the car if i accelerate fairly quickly.
I think something is loose but I cannot find exactly where.
I want to bring the car to the dealership since they are more specialized in their own car.
But do you think they will blame it on the body shop instead and have me go back there??
This is the only part of the warranty i am confused about.
