or if your going to use vinegar and water might as well douche your car too...... if your windows are tinted amonia or vinegar can damage your tint.....
Amonia will damage the tint film, but the tint shops actually reccommend using vinegar to clean it...

Isn't Stoners Invisible Glass a foam? Isn't it safe on tint? Where is everyone getting it? My local auto parts chain (Schucks - Same as Kragen in other states) doesn't seem to carry it and I'd like to not have to order it from somewhere.

I got mine at Target. It goes on with a little white froth, but I would no call it foam. On the can they recommend the clean non-linting cloth. They also warn against a cloth that has been subjected to fabric softener. They also mention the simple use of crumpled newspaper. Try it---it works

I love newspaper - no question about that. Target is a good call on the places to buy it - I'll check next time I'm there.

i worked in a window factory when i was in high school. we used spray away for everything. great stuff. it'll pull ANYTHING off of glass and leave no streaks. may take 2 or 3 applications, though. i use stoners now, works really well. use the newspaper like the rest of the guys said. if you have got it, use a large kimwipe(12x12).
