I use Meguiar's products.

Wash = NXT car wash
Wax = NXT liquid wax
Polish/cleaner = #80
Clay = Pro line Clay
Remove scratches = ScratchX
Clean windows = NXT window cleaner

As far as rock chips and upholstery, you got me, but I bet they make a product for it!

wash: Meguiar's Gold Class
polish: Meguiar's step 2 Deep Crystal System polish
wheels: scrubber sponge with the wash soap
tires: Meguiar's Gold Class High Endurance Gel
wax: Meguiar's Gold Class liquid wax monthly, NXT spray wax weekly after washing
spray detail: Mother's Instant Detailer (smells like cinnamon :D) and Mother's Caranuba Cleaner Wax every 3 months
glass: Stoner Invisible Glass with newspaper
upholstery:shampoo machine at work
mats: washing machine
interior plastic: Meguiar's Mist&Wipe Quik Interior Detailer, followed by NXT Tech Protect, dusting every few days
trim: NXT Tech Protect
fenderwells: dawn with toilet brush, let dry, flat black spraypaint, Mop N' Glo diluted 50/50 (spray and let soak in)
gas tank: (you can see it and it irritates me if it's dirty) Meguiar's Mist&Wipe Quik Interior Detailer
exhaust tips: Brasso, followed by Turtle Wax chrome polish and a coat of wax (keeps water off and helps the shine) with flat black spraypaint inside (keeps them dark and prevents rust)
dry: 100% cotton towels, washed in only wash powder, with no fabric softener. it DOES make a difference.

yeah, i'm OCD when it comes to my car. i work at a car wash, so you'd think i'd not want to do my own, but i still obsess over it.

another thing...i've found that when drying, if your paint is properly washed/waxed, break out the leafblower. saves a LOT of time, and helps get those stubborn cracks. my neighbors thought i was going crazy at first, but now they don't say anything. and slam the doors, trunk and hood a few times to help rattle out the water that gets in there. and dry your door jambs.
