what kind of synthetic oil do you use?

i just reached 30k on my '05 and i have been using mobil 1. what other synthtic oil is good out there?

Some people swear by Royal Purple, I believe, but I just stick with the Mobil One as I can get it anywhere.

i love my Royal purple. it cost an arm and leg and for some people their first born but i swear by it and a K&N oil filter

any synthetic is good. just stay away from the no name brands i say.

Pennzoil Platinum, Castrol Syntec, Havoline Synthetic.
5w-20.
Changed every 4k.

Completely overkill, but at least I know my fluids are always fresh.

Royal Purple (probabaly wouldn't use, but it is the only oil that claims to have gains in HP), Redline, Castrol (German version= green, WOOO...), but in the end I use Mobil 1 (it's proven).
