Default What size C-Clamp to change brakes on tC?

Hey all,
I went to sears today to get a c-clamp to change my brake pads with. I forgot however to ask what size I would need. Is a 1-inch, 2-inch, 3-inch, 4-inch, 5-inch, or 6-inch c-clamp correct? or do I need an even bigger set? Thanks!
