just recently when i gas it and drive it makes this weird noise almost like whistle noise like a little whiz dont knoe what it could be just started happening. i did juss install tvs u think that might have affected it. also my idle is kinda weird it idles at about 6 or 7 hundred but then here in there like after every minute it would rise for sec to 1 and go back down like a mini rev is this normal?

The whistling sound is probably the timing chain. It also whistles when you let go of the accelerator and cruise down to a slower speed. I like the sound though, it's almost like having a turbo without the turbo...hahaha.

I worked as an installer/sales in an audio video store when I was an undergrad. I've yet to see a factory radio that comes with a ground loop problem (the whining sound that varies with engine RPM).
That sound is typically from an aftermarket amplifier that doesn't have a very high impedence input, the kind that accepts both line level (RCA) and speaker level inputs from the same point--read cheap stuff.
Save your money. It should be perfectly clear whether the sound is coming from your speakers or not. Try turning it on in your driveway. Radio off. Put your head by either front speaker. No sound there right?
Also there seems to be a lot of people recommending a ground strap upgrades. They will work for certain things. But these cars are for the most part new and very well maintained/cleaned. When your cars become rusting hulks underneath is when you should really be looking at ground straps. A car company isn't going to blow their rep right out of the box by saving three cents on a wire.
