Best bang for your buck? Well if you just want to do an add on without ripping the motor apart, I would say use the turbo kit from 365 motor works. I just had an extensive conversation with them yesterday. All the parts in their kit are as about as good as it gets for the price with no guess work involved. If your not in the market for a turbo then go with the Blitz S/C. The best S/C around for the XB hands down. I will say if you go turbo, you may as well at the least put in the Crower rods and Arias pistons. Less chance of something breaking. The nice thing about the Blitz S/C is it works great with all your stock motor parts. They did extensive testing with that S/C and I tested one for them for over a year and enjoyed it. I would also run a DC sports 4-1 header if you run the S/C. I'm not sure on your budget so the more I know about your direction the better I can help you.
