I had the same problem and had never got it fixed until now since I had a leak with my front air bags. I got one of their prototype kits when they first built the suspension kit and the instructions it came with did not specify on which position to install the front struts. I later came to find out that the top of the strut has to be facing a certain direction for it to be installed properly. I am not sure if you had read your instructions, but on the top of the strut tower they have R for right hand side and L for left hand side, also their is an arrow pointing forward which is the direction it needs to be facing towards the front of the car. So that could be why you are hearing the clunking sound. That's what had happened with mine, but im in the process of fixing it now. They are sending me replacement bags to fix it.

thanks for the compliments on my ride. sorry i did not respond right away I am rarely on here. the installation took me about 6-8 hours. it was a weekend project but i estimated some where around their. I installed my turbo and the air suspension kit at the same time so did not really keep track. But the installation was easy once i figured everything out. you did need to reuse part of the rear suspension from the factory setup and I gotta say the rear was the biggest pain in the ___ to install. Hope your installation went well, let me know how everything worked out.
