A question about the hotel: What happens if we get to the Loews hotel and for some crazy reason, our name is not listed as having a reservation? Or the person who booked the rooms (since oviously we didn't do that ourselves) spelled our name wrong or used a wrong name for whatever reason by accident. What do we do in that situation?

Darren I contacted Loews Hotel and THEY DO take the debit cards for the deposit on the room as long as it has the Mastercard or Visa logo on it. They will hold $300 and release it within 3-5 business days when you checkout. On a credit card, the hold is released IMMEDIATELY upon checkout. In your Faq's Q and A you stated that they WILL NOT take a debit card and I called to verify this. THEY WILL take a debit card. Scared me for a minute because that is what I have and will be using! Thanks!
