How can they do that anyway? Isn't the luncheon at the Loews? And shouldn't they have figured out how many people were going to win (or come to) this event before they booked the rooms? And it seems as if the people who are put at the Hilton are left out...not with the rest of their Scion friends. How or when do we find out who is staying where? I thought it was confirmed when you got your info...now I'm all confused.

 

There's a post somewhere on these forums.....but it talks about the chapter liasions being there....I don't really know how it's working.....and I think it's crazy, but I think it has to do with them adding in all of those SE people last minute.....I guess we'll find out soon.

 

Just so long as we don't get bumped because of the SE folks. That really wouldn't be fair. I don't like to complain because this is all for free and Scion is doing a really great thing for us, by bringing us all to Miami, and I'm very grateful for that. I just wish this little shift in plans didn't exist cuz it seems unfair.

ahhh yes i supplied the wawa ice tea that made up this long island iced tea concoction....good times and it tasted yummy too jennay if i remmember well you tasted it and approved it also lol. ohio kids are the best partiers hehe. that was some good shennanigans right thurrrr.

 

yes i gave the seal of approval on that concoction & it was yummy so yumy i took a few more swigs :D

This is new from the FAQ/Q&A. Might be helpful.....

I have not received my mailed packet or my room confirmation email
I just got word that EVERYONE should have their mailed packet by Friday, December 8th. They have all been sent out on Scion's end.

Also, the hotel is going to start emailing room confirmations soon. Everyone should receive an email with room confirmations in it by Friday as well.

If you are a winner and you have NOT received your mailed packet or hotel room confirmation email by this Saturday (12/9) then you will need to send an email to jason@beyondmg.com. ONLY email him if the packet has not arrived or if you did not get your room email, not for ANY OTHER reason.

 

still miss a few people's cell #s for the nrg miami cell phone list so please PM me your # if you want yours on it & if you want everyone else so we can all find each other at the airport, hotel, drunk at 3am :D
