All seriousness aside for just a sec
Theres something building inside that I just cant neglect

But without a doubt, one stands above the rest
Because his lyrical content simply does impress

It was just another day, I woke up and got dressed for work
I worked in dirt so my outfit contist of jeans and a Dickies shirt

I was in a ditch 4 feet deep diggin for electrical lines
I heard a truck horn blaring, it was my boss pulling up from behind

He jumped out and said stop what youre doing and listen up.
He turned up the radio as he got out of his truck.

I could barely hear the radio over the noise of a bulldozer.
And then I heard the station say that the Twin Towers had fallen over

Right then I didnt know how to react.
Must be some sort of accident, the US could never be under attack

I stood there in shock..my body began to feel numb
Then I grabed my cell phone and called my friends and fam to tell them I loved'em

I thought to myself.....no way how could this be
We left work early and hit the ice house on the corner to see the TV

We saw the video clips of the planes entering the building..
I thought OH MY GOD, and prayed for the women men and children

I stared for hours at the TV and thought how could this have happened
Then the news released info of a man named Bin Laden

Quickly my tears dried up and my anger sets in
We must find Bin Laden no matter the cost In order to win

This is my home, my life, my land where I reside
You try to take this away, I hope you are prepared to die

We are America and We wont go quietly in the night,
You started a war and believe it, we are prepared for the fight

We dont hind behind a mask like a coward.
You messed up and underestimated Americas power

Now youre running for cover and hiding in dirt holes
We have Special Forces trained in finding and diggin out foes
