Default Adding someone to a car title

So I purchased the tC in my name a little over a year ago, and since then I have paid it off in full. I now have the title solely in my name. If I want to add my wife to the title in addition to myself, what is the process for doing that? I assume I have to take it up with the DMV? It's possible to have multiple owners on the title, right?

I'm familiar with the DMV website. I already spent 10 minutes looking there earlier today, and could not find something specifically relating to adding a second person to a title.

Or even if it's possible to have two people on a title.

I've been meaning to change the name on my title too...since I paid mine off. What's the process of changing the lienholder name from Toyota Motor Credit to mine? I know AAA used to do registration and stuff...think they could change names on pinkslips?

OP sorry I couldn't help ya out...but heres a bump I guess

You need to go down to the DMV and ask or try AAA.

OP don't know if you're still wondering about this, but AAA (if you have membership) does do the title/registration stuff still...got my pink slip changed in like 10 minutes (that includes waiting in line and paying for it)

a lot easier and less hassle than going to the DMV!
