Default Amazing Vacation Spots!

Okay, So I will be 21 in July and Im planning on going away with my best girls and

big brother (since our birthdays are the same day), to a Beautiful vacation spot.

BUT, I've been trying to decide where to go but can't decide. My first choice would

have been Bora Bora, but it's way too expensive for now, But what I want is beautiful

beaches, I would like something all-inclusive. Anyone have any ideas of what

countries I could visit. Oh yea, I want to leave the country. Ive only traveled across

the east coast to a few states, and Dominican Republic. I want to see somewhere

new. Any ideas are appreciated! Thanks.

Key West?

As tropical, get away-ish as you can get without leaving the country. Win-win there!

I even know people who live in Florida who "escape" to Key West with how nice it is. Might be worth looking into!

Hawaii is nice. I know it's not out of the country, but the length of the flight from NY... might as well be.

It's a flight to LA and then another 6-7 hour flight from LA to the island. There are some nice resorts on the North shore of Oahu, plus you have Waikiki on the South shore.

It's gorgeous.

The beaches in Croatia and Montenegro, while quite "under-the-radar", are some of the bests in the world. Spent some time there last year and must say for fun times and beach activity, they are the best.

Montenegro is a land of contrasts and natural beauty. The clear and clean Adriatic Sea combines with numerous beaches of sand, pebbles or stones, creating unique places. Some beaches are kilometers long or only a couple of tens of meters. Some are remote from boarding places, surrounded by settlements or in front of a hotel. There are beaches in bays, on rocky shores and near olive trees, fields or pine forests. Some have a view to the open sea, some are secluded in coves, some are equipped with all the accessories for a pleasant stay, while others are wild, intact, isolated, and accessible only by boat.

Very few Croatian beaches are sandy; most often you'll nest in a private little cove between high rocks. The beaches have something special, particularly the Zlatni Rat beach - their gravel promontory shifts from side to side as the wind and waves constantly change their shapes. Along the coast between Postire and Sutivan villages, on the northern side of the Brac island, you can find tens of dozens of small bays and coves with beautiful scenery and natural beaches. One of them, little and hidden cove called "Mutnik", not far from a small village Mirca, is reserved for naturist sunbathers. It is easy accessible by car since there is a 23km long road between Postire and Sutivan.

That coming from someone who lives in San Diego (Pacific Beach to be exact). I know my beaches.

The last three years I went to St. Thomas, Cabo & Aruba. Any of those places would be a good place.

hawaii was one of the choices.
Wow, I had never even considered Croatia and Montenegro, thank you for giving me the idea. And Aruba sounds so interesting lol...

Anyone ever been on a cruise? I have friends that went and got sea sick most of the time, but also sounds interesting.

avoid Cabo if you don't want to deal craziness, crime, and an excessive amount of drunkards.

Check out the cayman islands, costa rica, nicaragua, or a cruise

i say go on a Caribbean cruise, i went on one last year and it was awesome. deff best bang for you buck.

i didn't really get sick but i did feel a bit queezy the first day or so and i also felt that way when the seas would be ruff but all that is normal. my suggestion is to take the meds only when you really need them. i was told by a crew member that surprisingly or not the reason why most people get really sick is because they are taking to much meds. that's why they don't recommend wearing the patch because people end up leaving it on to long.

good luck with finding a place to have a vacation im sure you will find something great

I've always wanted to go on a caribbean cruise but am scared of the fact that I can't swim and will be in the middle of the sea.
But I love the fact of visiting more than one country at a time. My sister went on one last summer, It was going to about 5 different countries but only ended up going to 3 different ones because of a hurricane. But she went in August. And im planning my vacation for July.
