well ill put it to you this way....like sushi said, its the perfect begginers gun. its the kind of gun you find in those "kits" at walmart that include the gun, mask, hopper, and tank for $90 max.....same spyder same gun same everything.

the thing i really like about this gun is the simplicity of taking it apart to clean it...especially if it chops the ball....which will happen a bunch of times

well its super easy to use since its all mechanical and no electrical. Im sure they do have hop-ups for this gun but if your gonna want to end up doing that later down the line, its a waste of $$$ in the long run.

Paintballing is fun. Went for the first time earlier this year( or late last year actually?) after my GF broke up with me. Lets just say Couple Friends + paintball guns =Best Night Ever.

and not only is it ...most places wont let you fill if your tank is expired. if its expired, you have to pay to get it hydro'd. If you fail the hydro, the company will make a hole in it and throw it in the trash(upon your request) or make a hole in it and return it to you.....if anything (before buying/trading the gun) i would make sure the tanks are in good condition. Now you said that the "rehydro test before" is blank....idk...personally i wouldnt take it cause you dont know how much abuse those tanks took and how much he played. Remember, its Co2 thats being filled in the tank...not compressed air.....
