Back in MD, need advice/help finding a job
I was a complete DUMB*** and decided to quit my decent job at a Mercedes Benz dealership as a porter in the beginning of December. I moved to Georgia with my brother in law and sister in hopes of finally getting out on my own and doing something new. About a month and a half later i realize the economy is much worse in Georgia that i had originally thought. So i decided to quit while i was ahead and move back home to my friends, family, and less bills. I went back to Mercedes and as much as they would like to take me back, they have already filled my position and the business is hurting!
so that leads me to this, I'm in search of a job/career back here in MD preferably in the automotive/aeronautical field
HS diploma
Attending cc
3 years high school auto tech
1/2 year college automotive training
3 dealership jobs (2 support staff(porter)/detailer)
on a side note
I was a president of a 4-h Aeronautical club for 4 years and a licensed R/C aircraft instructor!
Anyone have an suggestions as to what i could potentially seek or know of any "ins"? Any help is much appreciated!

Calvert County. I sold cars at Ron Bortnick Ford up there. I had no selling experience prior to that. It is what I like to call a "revolving door business". You go into one dealer, they pay you a flat rate to sell cars for 1 month and if you don't sell enough to cover that flat rate, you get canned but it is usually anywhere from 300-500 a week. After you get canned, just go down the street to the next dealer and they'll hire you if they have spots open! It doesn't look bad on your employment history to get fired from a sales spot for not selling enough.
