why do people care if illegal people ruin their credit too. haha.. seriously. if BoA can do this, then they are doing it LEGALLY and it's not your problem that they are risking the fact they might not be able to track these people down later. What about people that spend a lot of time in this country but don't have a SS, they are not necessarily illegal cuz they don't have a SS. at some department stores let apply for their store cards with your passport numbers.

the fact is, certain people don't want to help companies that endorse illegal immigrants to profit. I don't.

If you actually knew a company employeed illegal immigrants, would you hire them?
Most people would say no, but...

If you knew a company gave money to help illegal immigrants stay here and possibly use that money to bring over more illegals, would you help them profit?
You'd think more people would say no to this one, it's just the way people perceive it.
