thanks a lot OldYeller.

that clear a lot of things about Japanese companies... but the one that im looking for is the one that compares all the manufactures, toyota, gmc, ford, lexus, nissan, bmw, cadillac, infiniti, etc.

i think toyota got the least complaints in the 2003, and i want to prove it to some guys in my town that Toyota company is better than Honda... do you know what i mean?

i'm not sure what your asking for, but the latest consumer report magazine has the car manufactures ranked from best to worst. i remembered the top 4 positions b/c those are the only brand cars that i care about and would buy. of course that means i'm bias...

1.Toyota
2.Lexus
3.honda
4. acura

hmmm, i might be wrong about the order of toyota/lexus and honda/acura. what i mean is toyota is the least problem car manufacturer and honda is second.

i consider the tC to be the "nick" of toyota. considering it got a average reliability and some issues including rattles.

or the v6 camry, sienna, avalon, es300, all which had the oil sludge problem, causing toyota to lengthen engine warranty coverage to 8 years/100k miles.

i don't think there is a link to this article. i read it on consumer report magazine. you have to be a member to access the online material.

if you want to check out this report just go to Barnes and Noble or any other book store that carries consumer report. this article didn't come from the thick consumer report book rating all the 2006/2007 cars. it's in the current thin magazine about cars. lol, i hope that helped, i don't know how to describe these 2 magazines besides the fact that ones thick (w/newspaper material pages) and the other (w/ smoother magazine paper pagers).

you want the thin one.
