computer help again please
ok, i was looking at a video card and it says that it requires "An available hard disk drive power dongle (smaller floppy disk drive connector is not sufficient) "
is that just a power plug that goes to the harddrive?

Correct!
What kind of system are you putting together?
I finished my new system about a month ago but its still not 100% complete.
Here are my specs:
Case:
Lian-Li PC-V1000B Plus
(Didnt use most of the "Plus" parts since they were mainly for air-cooling)
Motherboard:
Asus A8N-SLI Premium
(Modified the cooling, replaced chipset heatsink with a water-block from Danger Den and replaced the heat-pipe with copper heat sinks)
Processor:
AMD Athlon 64 X2 4400+
Heatsink:
Danger Den TDX water-block
RAM:
2gb (512mb x 4) of PC3200 Corsair XMS
Video cards:
2 x BFGTech 7800 GT OC in SLi
(Water cooled using Danger Den waterblocks, cools GPU and ram... Huge water-blocks)
Storage:
Western Digital 10,000RPM 74gb Raptor SATA hard drive
Western Digital 7,400RPM 320gb SATA hard drive
Optical:
Generic DVD+-RW drive
(Replacing as soon as I find a good all-in-one drive)
Audio:
Sound Blaster Audigy 2ZS Platinum
Power:
Silverstone 600watt SLi certified power supply
Cooling:
Danger Den 12v D5 water pump
Danger Den Dual 5 1/4" reservoir
Artic Silver 5 thermal compound
MCT-5 Non-conductive fluid
Black Ice Xtreme radiator
3 x 120mm fans
(1 for the hard drives and 2 for the radiator)
OS:
Windows x64 Professional
(Only operating system I ever legitimately owned)
In total, this system has 4 different waterblocks cooling the CPU, the two graphics cards and the chipset on the motherboard. And probably 7 feet of 1/2" tubing. with 1.5liters of coolant.
The only thing I need to finish is buying a good CD/DVD drive I want to use. The one I have right now is just a temp. All in all, I'm satisfied with my system. There is only one problem with it that I can live with. I'll up some pictures when I get the time.
