This year we want to feature more than just the cars on Scionlife and work to dive in and explore the personalities behind the cars and what makes the car a part of your lifestyle. Each month we want users to post up a pic of their car and a quick couple sentences, less than 50 words, in this thread on why you became a Scion owner and what makes you and your car unique.

The winner for February will get:

Featured in a front page article Q&A on the site homepage which will be shared to the Facebook page:

Im guessing we post our entries here? If so I wanna start. If this is the wrong place, please moveit for me. hehe. Anyway:

My babe at the moment. I bought it May 27, 2011. I had admired tC's from afar for a while, and was in the market for a new car. This one was kinda my only option at the time, but I believe everything happens for a reason cuz I fell in absolute love with this car. It was bone stock and bare when i got it and have enjoyed spending my time with it and grown fond of the Scion lifestyle. And actually hope to one day, after this one is payed off and my finances are in order, keep this one and buy me a brand new tC2 or tC3 by then!

from the moment I saw my 1st scion xB in 2004 I was hooked.that was the car I wanted. 5 years later it was my 1st brand new car. I movedacross the country and was staring my life in a new state. The scion communityin the PNW took me in and now are someof my greatest friends. Would not tradethem for anyone! I have since changed afew things on my beauty to make it myown and that’s just it. it's my car and I will enjoy some day passing this cardown to a son or daughter.

What makes my scion experience unique is the fact that its where it all started for me my first car was a 07 scion tc and i worked very hard to upgrade and purchase my 13 tc2 (my first new car @ 20 no mommy n daddy) I love scion because I've always been a fan of the under dog and the power potential of these small motors I've seen plenty of v8 killers come out of these forums

This is my second TC. I had an uh oh happen to me the other day that makes me fully believe that I will never own anything except a Scion TC again. I had a person come over on top of me while i was going down I-95 and there was a car next to me, behind me, and one in front of me as well. So I downshifted and not only whipped ahead of but drifted, quite literally, across 3 lanes of traffic, dodging all vehicles and side railings. If not for a fully independant suspension, and some amazing steering and throttle response, thank you scion developers, I very well would have been either extremely hurt or dead. All I can say is, "thank you Mr. Toyoda for not developing a crappy car."

I was a Honda guy for 4 years and after multiple disappointing vehicles under the Honda name I decided to adventure out and go with a different manufacturer. SCION. Since I made that choice I have never been happier. Not only do I get to enjoy a wonderfull machine I have the privilege of watching it blossom in the automotive world as new parts are being developed.

Thank you. TOYOTA,SCION

When I got it was completely stock! I have had many cars before but
never modified them just something to get me to point A to B. When I
was waiting for my car to get built I found many forums for scions so i found scionlife
a week into looking around the forums I said you know what I’m going to
build a one off xB. Once I had the vision in my head I started to
order and make things that no other scion xB had. Then looking at
forums I found www.scikotics.com and found my home my family my crew
to this day. If it was not for all the great scion people I have met
in the last 6 years my car would still be stock.

Ive been through 3 Scions and now on my 4th and ive been in the scene for a little over 6 years. I have had up's and downs through the 6 years with a few clubs but I have enjoyed every year of it all because I have met soo many people and met a lot of great people. Id post pictures of my past Scions which were a RS1.0 tC, '06 BSP xB, and '08 Silver xB which were all built and now im currently
building an RS 3.0 xB that im taking to another level.

This is my third Scion. I traded my RS 7.0 xB for this baby. I truly love this car. I'm not the oldest FR-S owner, but I'm up there. The same reasons the Scion is attractive to younger buyers makes it attractive to older buyers...economical, fun, and unique.

Ah, where to start?! I bought this car after looking for a while for something new, something sporty, something safe and something that could give me the things i wanted in a car. I wanted my car to be different from all the "go fast" jockeys in my home town. I found this site a week before pulling the trigger on my purchase and 2 years later, here i am! I wouldn't have half the car i do now without ScionLife. Fact.

Fell in love with the little box from the day I saw it!! Ive been working/modding my cars since I was 17. The The overwhelming camaraderie within the Scion community and Quality of Toyota products made it a no brainier. Just love my car. "Ms Money Penny" will be with me for a very long time. Thanks Scion!!

So this here is my tC RS7. It's my first car, that started out as a sick joke from my parents. Long story short, what was at first a "Haiti baby" is now this. Now, nearly two years later, I've got the modding bug and I'm loving it more than ever. Scion for life, <3 my Shelby!

The Tc wasn't honestly my first choice or scion for the matter, but when it came down to it the Tc was a perfect match for my needs. I'm more of a truck guy, but the Tc is making my love scion cars more and more. I love to mod vehicles, and the Tc is a dream come true in that aspect! :D

Default Rally on Scion

Back in April of last year started looking for a car. Found a 2008 Scion XD fell in love with it. First because my favorite rally car driver was driving one. Ever since I bought it have started slowly modding it to my rally taste. Getting into the Scion Community has been a true bonus. Love the Brand Scion love that it is part of the rally community.

When newer cars all started to look the same, the xB1 became super appealing. After a test drive I was sold. Then came the 2nd family I now have across the world that are mainly xb owners (and 1 tc owner). After regretfully selling my Scion xB1 and missing the Scion Lifestyle that only comes with owning a Scion, I returned to Scion brand in a 08 tC 5spd. Although I miss my xB1, the tC1 fills voids the xB1 couldn't. And thankfully, my xB brothers and sisters have forgiven me for selling out to aerodynamics, and keep me around.

This is my 2005 tC. Her current mods are 5k lowbeam HIDs, Pioneer 7" screen, 12" Alpine TypeR sub, and 600w Rockford Fosgate amp. She enjoys playing in the mud & on the streets.

I first fell in love with the tC's when I saw one as a display in a mall in 2004. Since then, I've looked for the perfect one, and stumbled upon this one in December 2012. I absolutely love it!

It all started in 2005 when my wife and I were expecting our second child, and needed a more reliable car, so we bought a 2004 xB. Found out about ScionLife, and started building, then in 06 we bought her and xA and she took modding her car serious, and this is what happened.

Yes, we still have the 2004 xB as well. With over 202K miles on it.

Bought in April 2008. I knew that was going to be my car, when I watched it drive away. Took 3 months of paperwork to transfer the lease (now paid off), and a month where it sat in the garage and all I could do was stare at it. It's been quite a journey watching the car go from n/a to turbo, automatic to manual. I ended up getting a job at my Local Toyota Dealership as a tech which makes Scion and Toyota a part of my daily life.
