See what people have to realize is that tC Pete won't be here tomorrow, or maybe 3 days after tomorrow.

The mods need to get together and discuss whether or not he should be brought back (Which he should) but we have to let them chill and just keep expressing the good things that Pete has done for everyone which will overshadow the bad.

Sure he made fun of noobs...but they were douchebags, and it wasn't him it was a pack of guys that did it.

With everyone showing that he was a greater good than evil, he will be brought back, but cursing at Mods or making fun of anyone really doesn't help.

Actually it's 0.08928571428571429% of all Scionlife members if my calculations are correct.

Theres probably i'd say 300 tops daily active posters however. So, the percentage is looking pretty good there.

I had to edit cuz I'm on my cell phone. You're absolutely right checho. He walked away from 1up cuz of all the svs. They also took the word "gullible" out of the dictionary. Since hoodie asked politely, I'll stop posting on this thread as long as there are no future posts on here referring to me or anything I said. I have the right to defend my experiences.

Quick comment on removing the "FREE Whoever" from sigs and locations. Those were put there specifically to be "in your face" to the mods. As such the very people you have to be on the good side of to get anything done you are actively annoying. Not smart.

Does that make sense? If not, say so. Maybe someone else can explain it better.

no i dont think that all, normally when a celeb is busted it purely for a bad thing, DUI's, drugs, etc etc. and their is nothing good that outweighs or evens out the bad.

in this case the good clearly outweighs the bad and pete has agreed to change.

but some people on here are expressing themselves in the wrong way for this situation and choosing to say it in an entirely diff way which the mods are not to thrilled about.

As a primary supporter directly involved in the Free CoryJames situation, I can tell you that as soon as the support group understood that the Mods were serious about the request to remove the sigs and any other references to freeing/reinstating Cory, we did.

By sitting here and spouting off about why you should be able to post your support any way you want (against the wishes of the Mods), you are basically showing that you either don't care to understand the motivation of their requests, or refuse to listen to them. All this does is further their belief that you are unable to serve Pete in a constructive manner, so why should they reinstate him?

Don't get me wrong, I don't have any experience with Pete and have nothing against either him or any of you; I'm just trying to offer a little insight. As Tomas said, "You can catch more flies with honey than with vinegar." So why not take the easy way out, and show the Mods that those of you who support Pete are willing to listen and work with them. You'll get a lot closer to your goal.

Congratulations yellowxhoodie, you've done a good job trying to keep it on topic, and I wish you the best in your efforts. Understanding, agreement and positive action amongst both members and Mods is the only hope that Pete and your cause have.

Sorry Tomas, didn't mean to jump into a thread that I may not belong in, but it's driving me crazy watching it spin in a circle.
