Default Does Trim Spa Help At All?

so a lady at my job has been losing some serious weight, which she attributes to using trim spa. keep in mind, she has also been eating healthier and doing some exercise. she insists it's the trim spa because according to her she hasn't been doing all that much exercise and her diet has changed only in that she stopped drinking soda and she cooled off on the fast food. any health gurus out there know if her weight loss was more of a result of her new habits or the dietary supplement?

long story short, i'm curious to know whether it actually works or if it's a mental thing.

Long term success with most diet pills is very low. If this is what your co-worker is relying on to lose weight, she'll more than likely gain it back after a couple of years. And didn't this used to contain ephedrine, which caused lawsuits against the company? I think sticking to a healthy diet with regular exercise is the best way.

I also wouldn't suggest taking any pills that were endorsed by Anna Nicole Smith.

I'm a big fat guy like most of america, and laying off soda and fast food has done a lot for me. I rarely eat fast food and cut down considerably on soda, and Ive notice a difference.

there are a few varieties of trimspa, some has chemicals that helps blood flow, increasing oxygen delivery and boosting metabolism, so you can burn calories at your normal max capacity.

some has caffeine or other stimulants that boost your metabolism above your normal capacity, really increasing your calorie burning.

and i think some of it still have ephedra, the weakest form of meth, to really get your blood moving and metabolism going much faster than normal.

meth... OO meth

o diet pills work. just goto walgreens/eckard/rite aid at like 3 in the morning on a tuesday. All those women that have a cart full of stuff like tinsel, hot glue, macaroni and glitter for that "project they've been working on all night", those women are on diet pills...lots of them. either that or crystal or crank.

i almost want to buy some and see if i get any results. i already exercise and try to eat as healthy as i can, but i wouldn't mind losing a few extra pounds. she's lost around 20 pounds in the last 2 months with what looks like very little effort on her part. i'll have to hide it though. if anybody at my job or any of my buddies saw me with a bottle of that stuff it would be brutal.

while i'd never suggest anyone to try them because of heart conditions, and if you know me, i'm against all drugs and people having a good time in general.

get something with ephedra if you want it to work with no effort.

really all you need is pushups to lose weight though.

Please check the labels on your diet pills. Somewhere on the labeling should be the expression;

"claims of efficacy have NOT been verified by the Food and Drug Administration"

To date, the FDA has certified ANY pill as effective in permanent FAT loss. (you can get dieuretics to take the water out of your body and lose weight that way)

Take a look at the ingredients list on your coworkers bottle.

And Anna Nicole when she lost all that weight probably had a personal trainer, a personal chef, a weight loss consultant, 4 hours a day of free time to devote to exercise, etc.

actually just exercise makes you lose weight, but no one likes to really exercise. spending <3 minutes a day doing pushups will make a huge difference in like 90% of people. get ot the point of doing just 20 pushups a day, maybe throw in 20 situps a day, and cut gross food like mayo, cheese, oils, and sour cream out of your diet is my suggestion.

you know those women at work, that go for walks everyday for years and they're still overweight, and lose maybe a pound a month? yeah, obviously that doesn't work, but tens of thousands of women still are walking everyday at lunch to lose weight, and complain about not actually losing weight. I've told a few of these women i know "why don't you exercise instead?" the response is, "i walk, which is great for cardiovascular health." i tell them everyone with 2 working legs walks too, but they don't listen.

i walk alot during the day, so do a lot of people, and we don't consider that exercise and we certainly don't lose weight because of it.

wanna be healthy, do cardio. wanna lose weight quickly do real, isometric exercising.

There's an FDA approved diet pill coming out next month. It's called alli. I'm probably going to try it when it comes out.

I'm going to find you albino ****. It's now on my search list. The list now has 2 items on it. Albino ****, and the movie "Repenetration". It's a zombie porno a friend found when she was living in NYC and most of her ish was stolen including the tape.

I take stacker 2 every once in awhile to just get pumped when working out or something. It gets me crazy, probably because its almost pure caffeine (250mg per pill) and they suggest taking it three times a day....yeah I would never do that.

And then check the expiration label because ephedra was banned from weight loss drugs a long time ago.

I believe there's certain drugs out there, like asthma ones, that still contain ephedra, although usually they're kept behind the counter. But not weight loss drugs... they banned that quickly after it came out and people were dying, lol.

Real meth is better anyway. I was on that weight loss program in high school and in one month, I went from 145 to 115. It was so freaking awesome.
