Although I do, at first glance, think the guy is right to sue, I feel that (A) he must be getting ripped off on repair costs and (B) suing isn't always an answer. couldn't he just ask for some cash to help cover the damage? that would make so much more sense to me.

id imagine they werent just going to give him money and if they did it would be like 15 bucks to fill up his gas tank. their countersuing and not trying to settle it out of court so this is just his retaliation

My dog could have strapped on metal plates, mounted an automatic assault rifle on a turret on it's back, used radar technology to seek out Hondas with weak bumpers, and purposefully ran out there with the sole intention of screwing up that guy's car...

... the second he hit my dog I'd beat his ___. If he sued me, I'd beat his ___. If he won, I'd really beat his ___. Yeah, I know I'm in the wrong, but still... I'm cool with being wrong.
