Default Earphones

I'm looking to get some new earphones on a budget of about $20.
My choices so far are:

Sony MDR-EX71SL
Sennheiser CX-300
Creative EP-630

I've found all of these on ebay new for anywhere from $16 to $21. Any thoughts on which I should go with? Any suggestions for other choices? Also, can sombody explain to me what I should be looking for in terms of specs like Hz, oems, dB, etcetc...

One more question, on a lot of these eBay auctions it says "Authentic OEM", does that meen it's not an authentic product of the company Sennheiser for example? Does this make any difference?

Well I am certainly not an audiophile...but i know the raw basics.

Hz - Probably refering to the frequancy range the headphones output. (The human ear can only hear like 200hz to 20khz.

dB - Decibel level, the loudness it can output. dB is calculated funny, but the bigger the louder.

OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer. So "Authentic OEM" says its the real product. Just make sure it does not say "like the authentic OEM", then the 'like the' part means its not the real deal.

Other then that go to Google and type it the names of the headphones and then 'review' and read some reviews on them and make a chice.

Thanks for the responce, I'm kind of worried about the OEM thing on ebay because I read a thread on the audiophile forums that said sombody got some "OEM" ones and they weren't authentic.
