Default Fast and Furious Opinions (all three)

idk thought maybe a thread centered around the main movie series associated with our scene might be good. plus i needed somewhere to say i get a kick out of seeing the eclipse in the first one go 140+

the first one was a good spark to get tuning more into everday public eye...
second one... tried way to hard to make it have a story line other than street racing...
third one... best of the series... cant believe they killed of han!!

I liked the first one best, for sure. I agree with DragonR about it putting tuning into the public eye...hopefully in a positive way. I liked how much they talked about parts and builds, too.
The second one was an entertaining movie, but was too "Miami Vice" or something.
I only saw Tokyo Drift once. The action was great, but I've seen that same plot line so many times in so many different movies. The underdog chasing the hot girl, rich jock kid, lead character getting in trouble and sent to live with his dad, etc. It was like an 80's movie with less *****. I guess I need to see that one again. Maybe I will like it better.
How about Fast and Furious 4...Cannonball Run? I think it would be cool if they got into a cross country race.

There is a scene they cut out on the bonus dvd, where they are sitting and talking about parts and what got them into cars while they are taking a break from working that is something me and my friends have done so many times... it should have been left in

yeah, first one made every high school kid want to go to a car show...

second was a cop movie, not a car movie

last had two bad actors that ruined it all.. drifting was good, that's the mountain from initial D! how did she maintain an Australian accent growing up in Toyko with no parents? and that Southern boy character was so dumb. haha.

I agree with you about the plot. I saw so many movies. When an outsider go to a new country. Like Ricktoyota said. the underdog/trouble kid See a hot girl that has a boyfriend who is a hot shot. The main character tries everything to win the girl and the boyfriend doesn't like it. Then the two characters become rivals in the movies. At the end of the movie that main character wins the girl's heart.

The first Fast and Furious movie was a good but it was hard to believe some of those cars in the movie was ten second cars but then again they said the eclipse was "80.000" car with all the mods in it.

The second Fast and Furious was okay, it was movie of a cop movie.

The Third Fast and Furious was really good. I love the racing and they focus on racing and improving the characters racing skill. They also show the passion of racing.

I saw all three of the movies more then once.

I like the third Fast and Furious movie the best. it's my first choice out of the series

I like the first Fast and Furious second

you know the second Fast and Furious is last on my list because it was more about being cops and not about racing.

1st was good
2nd I think I liked the best
3rd was ok

All in all they were the same but different, if that makes sense. By being different and still being "good" movies, I think it made for one of the better 123 movie series. BTW, I've seen a LOT of movies so when I mean one of the better 123 movie series it really is. I've seen a lot of crappy horror movies.
