good games for PS3?
So my little brothers let me borrow their PS3, and they have 2 games. I'd like to buy them another game, but does anyone know of any?
Resistance: Fall of Man
& F.E.A.R.
not looking for a racing or football game.

There is nothing good for the PS3 out, that they dont have. Especially if they dont like racing/sports.

Well some people dont like having to buy a new video card/ram every time a new game comes out "that pushes the limits". I use to be a PC junkie. I had many late nights with Halo (Had it on PC, before I did the right thing and bought a xbox), Max Payne 1&2, Unreal Tournament, Counterstrike, C&C Red Alert 2. I just got tired of it. I do have a keyboard and mouse adapter for the xbox and 360. It does make Halo better.

i guess since we all use computers at home, i'd just assume people would be familiar enough with a keyboard and mouse to use them when gaming. i started playing first person shooters with wolfenstein. 98-99 i spent every waking moment playing either quake2 or hl deathmatch, cs or team fortress. then 5 or so later, i played halo on xbox. Sure, it's cute for 10 year olds, or people not familiar with how to use a mouse.
honestly, i do spend 200-240 on a video card every 3 or 4 years, and it's mostly for sim games

I am familar with a keyboard and mouse, I just would rather play a game, and not have to worry about drivers/compatability. Don't get me wrong, I love some PC only games, and its hard to beat a keyboard and mouse, but there is a reason why Halo 2 sold the millions of copies that it did.

Personally, i like tekken better than VF, so if u'd like, u can dl tekken 5 dark ressurection from the PS Store for 20 bucks instead of the buying VF5 for 60. But check out both before you actually make the purchase.

ive never played anything online, or done anything online with the ps3. how is it?
it was a real bad move not to put headset jacks on the controllers, and not to offer headsets at all.
if you want one you have to plug it into your system, and run the cord to where ever your sitting. (hence y i dont go online)

Ninja Gaiden: Sigma, Rainbow Six: Vegas, and Folklore are all coming out in the months to follow. Well, folklore will still be a while, in september/october, but the other two should come out soon enuf. thats IF theres no delays on em.
