Default Hit-and-run caught on tape

This is an interesting one. The hit-and-run itself is bad enough, but the lack of response by the public is the most shocking part...

Wow... don't move to that city!

Thats just so wrong with how little reaction the people showed when the guy was hit. Then again he was jay walking... karma perhaps?

umm... no one noticed that someone just got hit by a car? i mean, its not rocket surgery, help the guy! i dont like seeing vids like this because this is how my great grandmother died, someone hit her and left the scene. it's disgusting how people can do such a thing...

that's how one of my cousins died too :-( He was getting off the school bus and a lady drove by the bus at about 65 mph and he died on impact. She didn't even hesitated to stop or something.

The worst part was that even though his brain was dead, my auntie didn't wanted to disconnect him from the machines till a week lafter the accident.

That's sad. It look like those two vehicles were street racing.

This country is so sad. Slowly destroying each other. Won't be a nuke that destroys us, it's the dumb@ss people that live here.
That is all,

Wow! Some people are just friggin amazing...
Back in '96, I actually hit a pedestrian who ran out in front of me and threw him back about 200ft. I made a U-turn and returned to the scene and stayed there till the cops showed up. He was laid out, on the ground, not responding but he was still alive...

This video reminds me of that day...

Similar situation, only what upset me is the video shows the adults in the family cross the street without even making sure the child was with them.
By the way I am a firm believer in the crosswalk, yet I do yield to idiots that jaywalk.

Scoiety is horrible if people are able to just walk on by. I witnessed a guy hit by a car infront of my house. I was out there doing everything I could to stop the bleeding and help. He dies 30 days later. It sickens me to think people could just drive by like that!

Yeah I saw that on tv last night, and that's what shocked me the most too. The adults just left the kid behind and no one was looking out for him. Sometimes kids don't know any better, but adults should always know better. Now the kid is dead. The driver is obviously responsible here, but the parents also bear some responsibility for what happened.

WTF!! they both tried cutting off the truck and hit the guy, but here is the thing too the guy crossing shouldn't of had because it looked abit busy and you know majority of the people don't have respect by stopping and let one pass by.

Looks to me like they were racing or just driving like idiots. It's a double yellow, not a one-way street which is why the man crossed, no cars were coming from the left. So the two cars illegally passed the vehicle and struck the man who was already up to the center line.

If you didn't see the news clip, no one even called 911. An officer was responding to a call and just happen to be going down that way. Witnesses said his skull was cracked open and blood was everywhere...uh I think I would have rendered aid. I would have taken my freaking jacket off to help him..but those idiots don't want to get blood on their Fubus.
