I like how they say I wonder if she'll go in for a 772nd time. Uhhhhh, I'm willing to bet yes. They should just close down the DMV a certain hour of the day everyday & just reserve it for her.

By the way, I got 100% on my permit test & passed my driving test the first time I took it with flying colors. ^_^

Passed my permit on the first time. Took 3 times to pass my driving (parallel parking is a bi**h), 4 times to pass the written LOL. But I passed my motorcycle test with a 100%.

I didn't have to take it. My driver's ed teacher passed me during class. All I had to do to get the license was to drop by the DMV.

2 wrong on my written and I hit a tree on my "behind the wheel". Tester had me 3-point on a residential street that wasn't as wide as my '76 Sedan DeVille was long. No damage, and he apologized as he didn't realize how big the car was.

I dunno how other states do it...but in NC, you take a written test to get your learners permit (after completing drivers ed). There are 25 questions and you must get 20/25 to pass, which is exactly what I got. I remember watching the DMV lady grade it and marking each one, knowing that one more and I would fail, lol. Luckily she didn't.

For your license, you have a driving test only (if you had your permit already). I passed this with a perfect score, but a friend of mine failed his because he drove out of the parking lot with one hand on the wheel.

Missed one on the written test. And I remember the question. Is it legal to make a left on red from one one-way street to another one-way street? The answer was yes but it was the last question and I chickened out and said no.
Went for the driving test and I had a tire low on Air. I had to go running around searching for a place with air. Passed the driving test perfectly after I found air for the tire.

But, umm 700+ trys. Just give up on driving for LIFE.

In NYC I passed written and driving with flying colors. I hit the curb once during parallel parking, but it was snowing and the lady instructing me was cool.

When I moved to NC, I missed one thing on the sign test. I had no idea people could drive a tractor down a road. Honestly, I'd never seen a tractor at that point in my life.
